WHAT ARE THE FACTION'S ASPIRATIONS?

You may not like them, but one thing is for sure: The Faction is currently the most powerful force in the WCWC today.
Never was this argument made more clear than last night in Springfield, when Shoot 2 Kill defeated Bolo and Mike Santiago in a two-out-of-three falls match to become the new WCWC Tag Team Champions. With the suspended Ryan Taylor as WCWC Champion, the Faction now holds two of the three championships to be won in the 'WC. And with former champion “Gentleman” George Michael and General Manager JT Allen rounding out the group, it's possible that the Faction has become truly unstoppable.
Last month in Springfield, the Faction made their short-term goals remarkably clear when Taylor and EWF Owner Jesse Hernandez laid out WCWC Co-Owner Jeff “The Ref” Manning and injured his shoulder with a steel chair! Though Taylor was punished by Co-Owner Pat Kelley with an indefinite suspension immediately following the disgusting display, the damage had already been done.
The Faction's goal on that night was to put one of the top officials in the 'WC on the shelf; last night, they achieved their other goal of winning the Tag Team Titles. The only question now is, who's next in their sights?
For most observers, the obvious answer lies in the small but growing group of wrestlers who look to knock them off the top. Brandon Gatson, Exile and former WCWC Champion Bolo represent the rest of the 'WC roster who feels that this group of outlaws must be stopped as soon as possible. If the Faction is successful in taking out their biggest threats to championship gold, then their time spent on the top could be long and painful for everyone else.
And what about Co-Owner Pat Kelley? If the Faction felt that they could attack Manning at will, then what's to stop them from putting their hands on one half of the WCWC announce team? There are unconfirmed reports that Mr. Kelley has been looking into heightened security around the announce table area. But even if the rumors aren't true, one has to wonder if Kelley is worried for his own well-being after seeing what happened to his colleague.
After the heinous actions seen last month at the Regional Sports Center, it's
clear that wins and losses mean little to this supergroup. What matters most
to the Faction is staying on top in the WCWC, no matter the cost. But if they
stay on top for too long, there's no telling just how many more wrestlers and
wrestling organizations could be in the crosshairs.
